Credentialing Process

Credentialing is required for all surgeons, anaesthetists and surgical assistants involved with surgical procedures performed within Panch Day Surgery Centre.

The Panch Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) oversees the clinical practice of the facility and also functions as the committee responsible for credentialing and defining the scope of clinical practice. The MAC is responsible for ensuring all practitioners are appropriately credentialed following the processes outlined in our Panch Credentialing Policy.

If you would like more information or wish to apply for credentialing at Panch Day Surgery Centre, please contact the Director of Nursing on: [email protected] or call (03) 8560 0677.
